Rebecca Weingold: Grad Student, Animal Lover, Foodie, Amateur Photographer
(I also answer to: Becky Weingold—but Mom said “Rebecca” sounds more professional, lol.)
You might be wondering why I am writing this blog. My life has recently had some pretty major changes. I graduated from college, which means I am on to the next chapter of my life. I am entering grad school for finance and I am interning this summer.
Graduation from Kennesaw State University was pretty cool – I graduated Magna Cum Laude – with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting – which is apparently a decent accomplishment. KSU was cool enough to post this year’s commencement program online and you can see my name on page 7 – it looks like this:
Here’s the PDF if you really want to see the whole thing: Rebecca Weingold – Becky Weingold – KSU Commencement 2017
I love animals and have a special passion for helping them and volunteer at the Humane Society and several local metro Atlanta animal rescues. I love food, whether it is cooking or eating out, and I love to explore Atlanta on a budget! My camera—whether it’s my DSLR or my iPhone camera—is never out of arm’s reach. I love capturing the sites (and sounds!) around me. You’ve been warned. 😉
I’ve been so busy with my undergrad program that I only recently started getting active on social media. Check me out on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to see what I’m up to in and around Atlanta. I’m a total n00b on social media, so please be patient—and feel free to offer any tips! 😉
Thank you for stopping by my little corner of the Interwebs. Hope you find at least some of the info I share entertaining and informative, and that you’ll connect and say hello!
