2. O4W Pizza

ITP pizza lovers still mourn the relocation of O4W to Duluth last year, but it’s well worth the drive north. Luca Varuni is an alum of Westside staple Antico. He’s been serving his own Neapolitan-style pizzas in Morningside for a few years and recently added a second location inside Krog Street Market. 7. Star Provisions Market & Cafe

Anne Quatrano’s market and cafe has moved to a brand new building on Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard in Westside. While it still provides guests with some of the best sandwiches in town, it also serves freshly baked pizzas. Try the crushed tomato with garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh oregano or the soppressata with tomato, chiles, and onion.

8 Double Zero

With its relocation to Emory Village from Sandy Springs, Double Zero is now an ITP destination for those in search of pizza. Try the American, with sausage, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, provolone, and DOP San Marzano tomato.

9 Antico

Ask many Atlantans for the first place that comes to mind when they think of pizza, and they’ll mention Antico. Giovanni DiPalma’s Westside pizzeria has expanded into a Little Italia empire off of Hemphill Avenue. For those OTPers seeking a slice of Antico, there’s a second location in Alpharetta’s Avalon development.

11. Savage Pizza

With two locations, one in Avondale Estates and the other in the heart of Little Five Points, guests of Savage Pizza visit for the comic book-infused atmosphere but stay for the from-scratch pizzas. Try the vegetable-laden “Sav-Veg,” which is topped with mozzarella and parmesan, or the Cajun with spicy red pepper sauce, chicken, shrimp, andouille, red onions, and three kinds of cheese.

Located on Highland Avenue just down the road from the Inman Quarter development in Inman Park, Jack’s has been a neighborhood staple for years. 16. Ammazza

This beloved Edgewood Avenue pizza joint is currently closed for repairs due to an unfortunate accident involving a car in July. Ammazza will return in 2018 to serve up wood-fired, Neapolitan pizzas featuring local ingredients and meats from local butcher The Spotted Trotter.
